Terms of Service

By using VektorAI you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

VektorAI is an AI visibility audit platform. The service analyses publicly accessible web pages and generates structured reports covering SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and performance signals — helping you understand how your content is indexed and cited by AI-powered search engines.

The service is provided on the following tiers:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or tier at any time with reasonable notice.

Certain features require you to create an account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used abusively, or violate these Terms.

Billing

All payments are processed by Whop. By making a purchase you agree to Whop's payment terms. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout) until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically for each renewal period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods on cancellation.

Refunds

Single-report purchases are non-refundable once the full report has been delivered to your session.

For Pro subscriptions, refund requests made within 7 days of the initial charge may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at [email protected]. Approved refunds result in immediate downgrade of your account to the Free tier.

Price changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree to use VektorAI only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our proprietary audit algorithms or scoring systems.
• Use the service to audit URLs containing illegal content or malware.
• Automate requests to the service in a way that degrades performance for other users (e.g. scripted bulk auditing without written permission).
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent payment gates, plan restrictions, or rate limits.
• Resell or sublicence the service to third parties without our express written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

Our property

The VektorAI platform, including its software, design, branding, audit algorithms, and all content produced by us, is the exclusive property of VektorAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Your content

You retain all rights to URLs and content you submit for auditing. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to fetch and analyse that content solely for the purpose of generating your audit report. We do not store the raw HTML of your pages beyond what is necessary to compute the report.

Audit reports

The structured audit reports generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute VektorAI reports as standalone products without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Audit results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional SEO, legal, or technical advice. Actual improvements to AI visibility may vary based on factors outside our control, including the behaviour of third-party AI search engines.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VektorAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have an account, you may request deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months.
• Continuing to provide the service to you is no longer commercially viable.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) will do so.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which VektorAI is established, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
